Membership group

In the membership group, we recruit members and volunteers who will support W4W’s work. The members support financially with an annual fee, while the volunteers run the organization by working in one of our work groups.

We are very free in relation to how we approach recruitment, and at a monthly online meeting in the group we share our ideas with each other. We then set goals and divide the tasks between us.

The members group is the right group for you if you either have or would like to have experience with recruitment. As the organization is run by volunteers and members, the work of the membership group is incredibly important. We are motivated by results and we are not afraid to try different methods and approaches to the tasks.
